About the wine

Tasting note
The playful bouquet of the Grande Cuvée of fruit compote, spices and tobacco shows a complex aroma structure and lots of finesse. The dominant nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper create their individual texture. With subdued, finely developed tannins, a strong body and dominant acidity, this fruity red wine presents its masterly texture.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for red wine is a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. Flaschenpöstler recommends this Grande Cuvée for red meat, ribeye steak and pizza with mushrooms.
