Tasting note
Fresh, delicate notes of citrus fruits, mainly lemon and pink grapefruit. Fresh and lively at the start, pleasantly full, nice length, finish on fruity notes, supported by a hint of bitter almond. Strong pale gold with lime green reflections.

Goes well with carding, lobster, asparagus, curry and truffle dishes, scallops, alpine cheese, Vacherin from the Vallée de Joux.
