A perfect rosé from the Jacopo Biondi Santi family from Sangiovese grosso “BB11” of exceptional freshness and intensity.

Tasting note
Pale pink color. Strawberry, raspberry and peach aromas with hints of white flowers, spices, grapefruit and herbs. Dry on the palate with good acidity and freshness. A bit spicy and relatively long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fresh cheese, poultry and seafood
Vinification
Gentle pressing. The vinification takes place exclusively in white at a low temperature, without any contact with the skins.
