Tasting note
The elegant Riesling Sylvaner delights with a harmonious combination of sweetness and acidity. The typical nutmeg aroma is complemented by a slight grapefruit note. Despite its complexity, it appears playfully light, with a long-lasting finish.

Vinification
After the grape harvest, the grapes are crushed on the press for a short time. Sylvaner Riesling is fermented and aged in steel tanks without acid degradation (BSA), which guarantees the intense, fresh taste of the wine.
