Tasting note
Medium to dense ruby red. On the nose, a fruity bouquet with notes of currants, wild berries and dried fruits. A strong start on the palate, with a full-bodied, berry middle section, good structure and fullness, and a persistent finish.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are traditionally fermented on the mash and aged in stainless steel tanks.
