Tasting note
On the nose, with subtle citrus and ripe apples, plus fresh herbs and delicate nutty aromas. On the palate, Pinot Gris is pleasantly slim and bone-dry. The acidity is balanced and, with the salty minerality, results in a persistent aftertaste.
