Tasting note
The aromas give off an intense scent of ripe raspberries, blackberries and sour cherries. On the palate, Bourgogne Rouge has a silky texture, is round and balanced with a great drinking flow and fine tannin.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef — from steaks to stroganoff to tartare or slow-cooked roast from the oven.
Vinification
Careful handpicking. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks and, after biological acid degradation, barrels are aged for 10 months.
