Tasting note
Yellow robe with silvery reflections. 38% of Côte de Lechet vines grow on slopes with direct sunlight. Their soil is poor and very rocky, which leads to low yields but incredibly mineral wines. Salt and citrus notes complement the mineral bouquet. Pleasantly balanced and refreshing on the palate with floral, mineral and salty notes.
