About the wine
Jazz and Cava, two concepts that are universal, come together to form a perfect pair: Castell Sant Antoni expresses the Cava universe in its own way with its wines, just as the Txell Sust & August Tharrats Trio express jazz with their songs. Jazz Nature creates a new world full of emotions and sensations, in which the bubbles dance and the notes release aromas.

Tasting note
Color: Pale, strawberry-like rosé. Clean, bright and brilliant appearance with blue and purple reflections. Abundant but small bubbles. Nose: Fresh strawberry and raspberry aromas; citrus blossoms, bread dough. Taste: Fresh and crunchy, good balance between medium and final tastes.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal companion for seafood, sushi, tapas or light Mediterranean dishes. It is also an excellent choice as an aperitif.
Vinification
Short mash fermentation at low temperature and pure fermentation, with later blending (coupage) and second fermentation in the bottle using the traditional method with extended yeast contact.
