About the wine
In the leading Spanish wine region Ribera del Duero on the banks of the Duero, Peñafiel is the qualitative heart of DO. Borja Osborne from the famous Jerez wine dynasty found his winery here, just between Pesquera and Vega Sicilia. The strong Jaros is the flagship of his Viñas del Jaro winery, named after the mighty holm oaks in front of the bodega. He interprets the power and abundance of perfect Tempranillo grapes with elegance and nobility. Great!
