Dark burgundy red, spicy nose, multi-faceted, dense on the palate with velvety tannins. No berries, no cherries, no tobacco, no bird scares, just 100% natural pure Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc. Cultivated using permaculture and biodynamic methods, free from additives, chemicals and according to the criteria of nature wine defacto sulfur-free >2027 (nature wine)
