Tasting note
Medium ruby red. The bouquet is fine but gains fullness and is reminiscent of red currants. The body is structured, not excessively powerful, constant and pleasant, with a juicy aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with apéro, grill BBQ
Vinification
In stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The local varieties produce high-quality grapes for dense, dark and storable wines. The most idiosyncratic of them is Jaen.
