Tasting note
Deep dark ruby garnet with purple reflections. Tobacco seasoning, dark berry jam, ripe cherry notes. Shades of ripe plums, floral touch. Red berry jam, freshly structured, pleasant on the finish, sticks very well, shows good length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game specialities, lamb, rabbits, roasts or even Valais mountain cheese.
