Tasting note
Impenetrable purple Intense aromas of red and black wild berries, bourbon vanilla, mocha and pipe tobacco. Fruity, juicy and rich on the palate, with seamlessly integrated tannin and fresh acidity. A pleasant, slightly floral finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with charcuterie, veal, cheese.
Vinification
Vinified in steel tanks, then aged for 16 months in French and American barriques.
