Tasting note
Sparkling straw yellow in the glass. On the nose, notes of peach, lemon, dried apple, nuts and a touch of spice. On the palate, with an amazing freshness and lovely texture.
Culinary recommendation
Poultry, fish, soft cheese
Vinification
Harvesting by hand and gently pressing. Then fermentation in steel tanks and in barriques. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 3 months.
