About the wine
The wine-growing regions of the Lebanese winery Ixsir stretch across the landscapes where the experienced winemaker produces this red wine. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this Cabernet Sauvignon with red meat or pizza with mushrooms.
Tasting note
Pure golden color On the nose, an explosion of white flowers, peach and citrus fruits. Very balanced on the palate, the balance between suppleness and liveliness gives a long harmonious finish, a true gem!
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the red wine is a slightly chilled 14°-16°C. Flaschenpost team is recommended with red meat, Gruyère burgers and ribeye steaks.
Vinification
Hand picking, mash fermentation in steel tanks, aging in barriques for 3 months (15% new and 85% used barrels).
