About the wine
Isolano was born from the partnership between Dolce&Gabbana and Donnafugata, which are united by unconditional love for Sicily, passion for work and attention to detail. A wine of enveloping and volcanic minerality, the result of mountain viticulture on the slopes of Etna.

Tasting note
Straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, a sophisticated bouquet with fragrant citrus notes, notes of broom blossom and Mediterranean herbs. Isolano, a white wine of enveloping elegance, offers great persistence and exceptional volcanic minerality on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood, grilled fish, vegetarian risottos.
Vinification
10 months, half in stainless steel tanks and barriques.
