Tasting note
Bright yellow with greenish reflections. Vivid notes of citrus, white flowers and some almonds. Wonderfully fresh and elegant on the palate. Invigorating, appetizing acidity that continues until the finish.

Goes well with bruschetta and aperitifs.
Vinification
The vineyards are located in several areas of the municipality of San Gimignano at altitudes of 120 to 300 m above sea level. The Vernaccia di San Gimignano is a grape variety with a very ancient history. The name probably comes from the Latin “vernaculus”, which means “local”, “from this place.” After harvesting at the end of September, the grapes are gently crushed and the pressed must is fermented and aged at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
