With this dominant Shiraz 2014 — Iscay Syrah & Viognier Medoza, the term taste takes on a new meaning. Sunny and beautiful landscapes in Mendoza give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Argentinian winery Bodegas Trapiche conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
SCAY means “two” in Quechuan, the original language of the Incas, and stands for 2 grape varieties. An attractive dark red wine with plum aromas. Floral notes and a touch of white pepper invite you to drink. Rich and elegant in the mouth. Sweet tannins make it a unique wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, game specialities, stews, spicy sauces and cheeses.
Vinification
Aged in barriques for 15 months.
