Tasting note
Fresh, elegant and wonderfully light: On the nose, fine aromas of red berries, citrus fruits and a touch of floral notes. Balanced on the palate, with lively acidity and fine minerality. An uncomplicated, stylish rosé with lots of drinking pleasure and a pleasantly dry, fresh finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish ceviche, grilled squid with garlic and parsley, watermelon and feta mint salad.
