Tasting note
Ruby red. Strong aromas of red and black berries. Ipsum, the personal, idiosyncratic, comes across as quite traditional. Hand-picked grapes, cold fermented for 10 days and then gently aged in tanks without adding sulfur. On the palate, after a short aeration, the wine is crisp, full of red fruit and soft tannins.
