This wine is ideal as an aperitif and is ideal with light dishes such as salads, light meat dishes or cream cheese. To experience the full spectrum of aromas, a drinking temperature of 8 to 10 °C is recommended.
Vinification
The Trebbiano and Chardonnay grapes are fermented separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 16°C. The wine is then aged for three months on the lees using bâtonnage, which gives it additional complexity and richness.
