About the wine
This wine embodies the freshness and vitality of a young wine with its intense aromas of red berries and a subtle spiciness of cinnamon and cloves. At the same time, it envelops the palate with a softness and harmony that is reminiscent of the delicate passion of first love.

Aromas of ripe cherries and red berries, with a touch of spice and a mild, pleasant tannin structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with antipasti, tapas, sausages, cheese variations as well as flavorful starters and grilled white meat.
Vinification
The wine is fermented over a period of 10 to 15 days at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for six months in steel tanks and a further three months in the bottle to refine its structure.
