About the wine
A wine made from old, historically selected grape varieties that have been cultivated for a long time in the winery's ampelographic collection. The aging takes place in small concrete barrels. This wine is valued as a valuable heritage of a traditional farming culture.

Tasting note
Unique red wine made from various historic and local autochthonous grape varieties, without wood aging, which is only produced in very limited quantities. The bouquet shows floral and fruity scents of violets, sour cherries, wild fruits and strawberries. Warm, rich on the palate, with excellent complexity, pleasantly fruity-spicy aromas and present but soft tannins.

Perfect for roasts, barbecues and aged cheeses.
