About the wine
You can describe the landscape in Catalonia with words like sparse. However, the Spanish winery Vins Nus is trying to express the beauty of its home country with this red wine. We think he succeeded! We have a special, distinctive Grenache from 2016 for you, which is loved by many wine connoisseurs. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this grenache with burgers with blue cheese or spicy dishes.
Tasting note
With the Unstable series, Alfredo Arribas has created a natural wine line in Priorat that focuses on gentle and nature-oriented work. In this way, all wines are processed organically and harvested by hand. Spontaneous fermentation took place in the cellar and a minimal addition of sulfur shortly before filling. On the nose, the wine has great freshness and invigorating aromas of red berries and freshly cut grass. A great density and length on the palate without being opulent or overwhelming.
