Tasting note
Brilliant straw yellow with lime green reflections. On the nose, notes of lime, elderberry and honey. Balanced structure on the palate with juicy acidity and lots of fruit. A perfect accompaniment to aperitif and summer dishes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, fish, asparagus and stuffed omelette
Vinification
Mash cooling for 48 hours before fermentation. Fermentation takes place with selected yeasts at a temperature of 16-18 degrees in steel tanks. At the end, easy clarification and final filtration.
