Tasting note
A single-varietal Viognier aged in French barriques. Wonderful varietal characteristics with aromas of juicy peaches, peach blossoms, quince and ripe apricots, plus finely spicy herbal and nut notes and very subtle vanillin. On the palate, showing beautiful complexity and melting, equally opulent and fresh, with good supporting acidity and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with foie gras with apricot chutney, glassy poached or fried sea bass with Noilly Prat sauce, tender poultry with white asparagus and maltaise sauce.
