Tasting note
A rare, small special cuvée dedicated to the younger, his two daughters. Composed from 90% Tempranillo and 10% Merlot, aged for 16 months in French and American barriques. Black, impenetrable color, highly concentrated scent of wild fruits, rum pot, some cedarwood and the finest nougat. Unbelievably dense on the palate, with velvety tannins and a fresh drink. Impressive wine of immense complexity. ONLY 2000 BOTTLES PRODUCED!
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with tasty meat dishes such as grilled lamb, Iberico pork cutlet, braised oxcheek, but also with spicy Manchego cheese.
