Tasting note
Dense cherry red. Elegant bouquet of ripe, red fruits, with subtle woody notes. Balsamic and mineral accents are also present. Elegant on the palate with a harmonious texture and soft tannins. A priory par excellence with a lingering aftertaste.

Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Matures in wood for 8 months.
