About the wine
“Incanto” — the enchantment, the wine that enchants. Made from a selection of the best Merlot grapes and aged in barriques for almost 18 months. Its flavor is the result of skillful alchemy that gives it warmth and magic. In short, a lovely wine!

Tasting note
In the glass, the Incanto is intense ruby red with light purple reflections. On the nose, ripe aromas of dark cherries, blackberries and plums develop, complemented by fine notes of cocoa, tobacco and spices. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and harmonious with a well-integrated tannin structure, juicy fruit and an elegant, spicy-long finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with fried meat, game dishes, hearty pasta dishes or aged hard cheese.
Vinification
The carefully selected Merlot grapes are fermented at controlled temperatures and then aged in barriques to give the wine depth and structure. The maturation takes place over several months on the fine yeast.
