With the dominant white wine 2016 — IMPURO Chardonnay Sauvignon Blanc Piemonte DOP, nuances and accents are redefined. The fertile and picturesque landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian Sarotto winery conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. Color: Light golden yellow with green reflections. Aromatics: Fresh aromas of exotic fruits such as grapefruit, lime, apricot, orange or mango as well as yellow apples, balsamic nuances, mineral. Body: Fresh start, elegant body, seductive aroma that is slightly sweet, the present acidity provides the counterpoint, present minerality, medium-strong body. Quality: Versatile wine, both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to light dishes.
