Tasting note
Clear, transparent light orange. The aromas of Grenache grapes harmonize with the spice of the skins and seeds and a touch of Scottish shortbread cakes. This natural wine is perfect. The second orange natural wine from Joseph Puiggros is aged like a red wine on the skins and the whole yeast. The wine was made in clay amphorae. The antioxidants, polyvenols and reserve atrols protect the wine; sulphurization is unnecessary, but must still be on the label.
