About the wine
Red wine from over 50-year-old vineyards in Rioja DOCa on limestone and clay-rich soils with a low organic content. Sustainably managed, residue-free and read by hand. The wine was awarded an excellent 90 points by Wine Enthusiast.

Tasting note
Brilliant ruby red with intense scents of dark chocolate, red currants, cherries and a touch of licorice. Juicy and supple on the palate, supported by elegant tannins, fine mineral notes and tempting spicy aromas from the wood.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with Ibérico Bellota ham, filet mignon, roast lamb and hearty main dishes.
Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, then clarified, filtered and filled into barrels. 30 months aging in French barrels with medium toast and in American oak barrels, followed by 12 months of bottle aging before release.
