About the wine
Gran Reserva red wine from over 70-year-old vineyards in Rioja DOCa, located at an altitude of 560—700 m. The grapes come from sustainable, residue-free cultivation and are carefully harvested by hand. The wine was awarded an excellent 92 points by Wine Enthusiast.

Tasting note
Bright garnet red with fragrant aromas of blackberry, licorice, wild herbs and fine vanilla. Extremely long-lasting on the palate, with harmonious sweetness, soft tannins and a lasting aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with rump steak, fried lamb, rib-eye steak on the bone, beef wellington and hearty main dishes.
Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, then clarified, filtered and filled into barrels. 24 months aging in French and American oak barrels with medium toast, followed by 36 months of bottle aging before release.
