About the wine
Red wine from over 40 years old vineyards in Rioja DOCa, at an altitude of 560—700 m on limestone and clay-rich soils with a low organic content. Sustainably managed, residue-free and read by hand.

Tasting note
Pure, fine and elegant nose with aromas of currants, blackberries, nutmeg and subtle notes of white truffle, complemented by vanilla and cocoa nuances. Velvety on the palate, with sophisticated tannins and fresh vivacity, harmonious and well-structured.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with Iberian Bellota ham, roast lamb, grilled chicken, Manchego cheese, pork and beef, pastrami and grilled barbecue dishes.
Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Then clarified, filtered and filled into medium-roast French and American oak barrels for at least 12 months, followed by a further 12 months of storage in the tank before bottling.
