About the wine
A must for connoisseurs, this dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 — Il Vignone IGT Supertuscan! Blooming and fertile Tuscan landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery De' Ricci conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Cabernet Sauvignon is ideal to serve with pizza with mushrooms or red meat.

A perfect wine, created from aromatic and taste subtleties. The taste is smooth and rich, velvety in structure.

With a fine meal, but also as a meditation wine.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and carefully sorted out. After draining and partially squeezing the berries, fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Ageing in Tonneaux for 18 months, followed by 6 months in bottle.
