Il Ramato is not an orange wine! However, the maceration period before fermentation gives Pinot Grigio not only its color but also its structure and crispness.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with apero, starters, pasta dishes, fish and seafood and mild cheese.
Vinification
The destemmed grapes remain on the skins before fermentation, giving the wine its copper color.
