About the wine
Il Goloso Toscana IGT from Podere 7 is a fresh, lively rosé crafted from Cabernet Franc and Syrah. It’s easy to drink and full of character, making it a great choice for casual get-togethers or relaxing evenings. Perfect when you want something light, flavorful, and unpretentious.
Tasting note
Onion-peel-colored rosé. A basket full of red berries such as raspberries and cherries, complemented by a little cinnamon spice and a touch of nougat. Fresh start, showing lots of small-berry fruit — now also small strawberries — complemented by white peach and some verbena, very intense, fruit-sweet finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with crostini, salame, pasta al pesto, antipasti misti, grilled fish and mussels. It can also be served with pizza and cold platters.
Vinification
In a stainless steel tank.
