About the wine
With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery La Spinetta masters this red wine in the fertile and blooming Tuscan countryside. If we can offer something special for New Year's Eve 2018, it's this snappy Prugnolo Gentile 2013 — Il Gentile di Casanova IGT. Tasting note
This wine has a bright ruby red color. Fine aromas of plums and violets develop on the nose. On the palate, it is delicate with an elegant structure, fine tannins and remarkable minerality.
Culinary recommendation
It goes great with tagliatelle with mushrooms and pecorino cheese or with chicken “cacciatore”.

24 months in used French oak barrels (second round) and a further 6 months in bottle
