Tasting note
Very dark red with a warm and intense bouquet. On the nose, typical aromas of cherries, strawberries, dried fruits as well as cocoa and liquorice. Full-bodied and elegant on the palate, with a nice complexity. Once again, nice fruit aromas, plus subtly spicy. The aftertaste is long-lasting and lively.
Culinary recommendation
The Il Conte Rosso Veronese IGT goes perfectly with grilled red meat, roast beef, game dishes and ripe, slightly spicy cheese. It is also ideal as a meditation wine after a meal.

Selective harvest at the end of October, drying until March under controlled conditions, aging for 4 years in French barriques and 1 year in bottle
