About the wine
The Il Colle winery was founded in 1977 in San Pietro di Feletto (Treviso), in the middle of the Prosecco area. The winery is well known for its professional management as well as for the sophisticated preparation of its wines. Their entire range is made from grapes, all of which come from the vineyards of the surrounding hills, and which are carefully checked by qualified specialists from grafting to harvesting.

Tasting note
Brilliant straw yellow. Floral and fruity (apple, peach), pleasant carbonic acid, elegant, with a slight residual sweetness and well balanced. Delicate aftermath.
Culinary recommendation
Wonderful as an aperitif, but also goes well with starters. The producer recommends prosecco in particular with fish and vegetable varieties.
