Tasting note
The elegant acidity gives the rosé a lot of refinement and playfulness. Fine aromas of red berries, wonderful freshness and fantastic drinking flow.
Culinary recommendation
It is ideal for light summer salads or is simply enjoyed with good friends on the terrace.
Vinification
We determine the perfect harvest time based on the taste and ripeness of the grapes. To optimally extract the aromas from the berry peel, the grapes are gently ground and left in their own juice for a few hours. Pressing is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks over several weeks. Our Pinot Gris is then stored on all the yeast until bottling in spring.
