About the wine
With this provocative Grenache 2011 — Icore Cannonau di Sardegna DOC M.O., the term taste takes on a new meaning. Fertile and sunny landscapes in Sardinia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Cantina Dorgali conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler promise a dining experience when you serve this grenache with burgers with blue cheese or spicy food.

Tasting note
Color: Deep ruby red color with violet reflections, shiny.; Bouquet: Rich and intense, with mineral, vegetable sage and floral geraniol notes; Palate: dry and warm, full-bodied and soft, with slightly soft tannins; long and pleasant finish.

The vinification took place as follows: Barrique ageing for 3 months (two-year wood)
