Iceni VdT Cadiz 2019 - Bodega Tesalia

ICENI is the name of the new, youthful drinking red wine from Natalia Golding. The color is deep red and the nose is fruity, berry. The cuvée made from grapes harvested a little earlier impresses with its freshness and fruit, the short ageing in barrels gives it the power and earthiness of this southernmost terroir. The ICENI were a tribe of Celtic Britons from early Roman times, known as the people of the horse. “We, who come from the East of England ourselves, find their logo on the Iceni coins from the 1st century goes wonderfully with the centaur of Tesalia and my parents' stud.”
