Tasting note
Dark ruby red color. Aromas of cherries and plums on the nose typical of Syrah. The taste is decidedly fruity, with fine acidity and pleasant, noble tannins. Presents itself with lots of juiciness and freshness.

Vinification
The Syrah grapes grow at 350 m above sea level in the San Giacomo vineyard. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks, followed by a 5-month ageing phase on the fine yeast.
