Tasting note
The wine is similar in color to a bright pink peony. The nose is dominated by lush notes of red fruits. Hints of cherries and raspberries underline its freshness. Wonderfully balanced on the palate with a finish that is not only reminiscent of berries but also of rose hips.
Vinification
Gentle pressing, fermentation at low temperatures. Ageing on fine yeast, exclusively in stainless steel tanks.
