About the wine

This Etna Rosso is pressed on the northern slope of the Etna volcano near Monteguardia, in the best wine region between Randazzo and Passopisciaro. Between forests and olive trees lies the over 100-year-old winery of Cesare and Federica, who said goodbye to the hustle and bustle of working life in 2005 and opted for nature. This exceptional wine consists of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes, which are exclusively handpicked and matures in 500L oak barrels for over a year. Only 3000 bottles are produced annually.
