Tasting note
The ruby red wine has an intense smell that is reminiscent of freshly cut grass and turns into notes of green pepper and spicy aromas. On the palate, with distinctive, balanced tannins.

Goes well with red meats and medium-aged cheeses.
Vinification
The grapes are usually harvested between the last week of September and the first week of October and macerated for a long time with frequent pumping to preserve the color and characteristic aromas of the grape variety. After the must has been tasted, fermentation is completed, followed by several refills. The wine ages in steel barrels for a few months before being bottled.
