A fruity bouquet of black berries and a hint of black pepper. Juicy, fleshy body with deep blackberry and cherry aromas, completed with well-integrated wood.

Goes well with beef, game, hard cheese

Twelve months in French (50% new and 50% used) and American oak barrels, then six months in steel tanks.
