Tasting note
The Humagne Rouge is presented in dark garnet red. On the nose, it smells expressively of elderberry jelly with a fine undergrowth note. Charming and with a fine tannin treatment on the palate, it delights lovers of fruity berry wines.

Goes well with game meat, grilled meats, risotto, beef, mushrooms and lamb.
Vinification
The Houmagne Rouge Les Pyramides enjoys a tempered 1st fermentation to promote the fruit aromas. The ageing takes place in stainless steel tanks with the aim of obtaining a typical, fruity wine. Through this procedure, it retains its youthfulness and can be drunk immediately.
